This site is to support the Conference which took place on 27th April 2004 at the RIBA. The conference is the culmination of the Entrepreneurship and Public Policy Project conducted by the Diebold Institute.

The organisers would like to thank all those who attended for their participation. Attendance was by invitation only; However proceedings are published on this site.
